The asset library — real models, not guesses

Feature

Where the models come from

Scale and placement are handled

Every import is unit-normalized against the tool's expected_size_m, so a 3 cm model and a 3 m model both land at real-world size. The Director then places them with footprint clearance, rest-on-surfaces and circulation rules, and a scene audit pass corrects anything floating, buried or intersecting.

Industrial models actually move

Catalog models carry their joint model, so a robot arm dropped into a scene gets joint sliders, forward kinematics at 60 fps, and an opt-in Rapier physics run — not just a static mesh.

FAQ

Does Yugma generate meshes from text?

No. Yugma composes scenes from real model libraries rather than generating geometry. If you have a GLB from a generator, import it and the AI Director will place, re-scale, re-material and re-light it like any other asset.

Do I need a Sketchfab API key?

No. Poly Haven works without one. Adding a Sketchfab key in Admin → Providers widens the search.

Are the assets commercial-use safe?

Poly Haven is CC0 and the OpenUSD packs ship under NVIDIA's pack license. Sketchfab models carry their own per-model license, which Yugma records on the object.
